Cordelia Tullous

Cordelia Tullous currently serves as an Associate Principal at Redstone Consulting, bringing her experience leading nonprofit, public and private organizations to strategic growth and success to assist philanthropies, nonprofits and governments solve the world’s most urgent social issues. She joined Redstone from Step Up, a mentoring organization, focused on helping girls define and achieve their vision of success. In her role, she led the national partner engagement effort and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan at a local and national level. During her tenure with the organization, she also led Step Up’s regional fundraising, board governance, and external relations. Prior to her work at Step Up, Cordelia spent a significant portion of her career in the education and public service sector working with Leading Educators, KIPP New Orleans Schools and Accenture.

Cordelia is an alumna of Leadership North Texas and the Broad Residency in Urban Education, a program that places professionals into management roles in carefully selected education organizations. She grew up and currently resides in Dallas, TX where she is active in her community serving as a member of The Links Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., and the Junior League of Dallas. She also serves on the boards of The Village Giving Circle and Friends of the Irving Museums. Cordelia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Spelman College, Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center, and Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the Broad Center for the Management of School Systems.
