Brittney Taylor-Ross joined Every Texan in 2023 with a focus on health policy issues. Before joining Every Texan, she served as a Policy Manager at TexProtects focusing on family support and prenatal-to-three policy issues. Prior to that she worked for the Medicaid and CHIP Division of the Health and Human Services Commission and as a Legislative Fellow on Capitol Hill for Congressman Danny Davis. Brittney received her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.
